As a real estate company, our task is to understand and develop the character and potential of each building. It is a work that requires a lot of thought and long-term thinking. We use materials such as wood, ceramics and preserved beams.
Light is always a main feature in our properties and careful spatial planning allows us to create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sunlit rooms, in both winter and summer (without overheating), not only bring happiness to their occupants but can even save energy in the process.
We make the best use of natural light to enhance the overall design. Variety is important though and we try to ensure that each room has a different kind of light. For example, we could arrange the living spaces in a sequence so that the light coming through the windows follows the sun.
